Evaluation criteria for local suppliers
1. Product / service quality
The quality of the delivered product is valued according to tests carried out or due to failures or claims.
2. Price
The price is valued in reference to the market average according to the item.
3. SGC certificate
It is valued that the supplier has a certification in management systems, eg. ISO 9001.
4. Response speed
The average time it takes to deliver / ship orders is valued.
5. After-sales service
After-sales service is valued. For example updating of information, education, etc.
6. Certainty in delivery / performance
It is assessed to what extent the orders are adjusted to what is requested in terms of product requested, quantities, promised dates, etc.
7. Safety index
It is evaluated if the supplier has had a security problem in the supply chain, either in the services provided to the company or in services provided to third parties.
