CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

GENERAL STATEMENT

At URUVAN, we are committed to operating in a socially, environmentally, and economically responsible manner. We recognize the importance of sustainable practices in building a better future for our employees, clients, stakeholders, and the communities we serve.

In general, we are committed to maximizing our positive impact in the best possible way: openly and transparently, focusing on continuous improvements. We acknowledge that we will not be perfect, but we expect all company stakeholders to have the right mind set to move forward.

Our corporate sustainability policy out lines our commitment to the following principles:

1. Environmental Management: We operate in a shared office building.
o By allowing most of our employees to work remotely, we limit our carbon footprint.

2. Remote Work and Carbon Footprint Reduction:
o We have adopted a hybrid work model where, in specific cases, our employees work remotely, reducing the impact of commuting. This significantly decreases carbone missions associated with travel, contributing to a lower over all environmental impact.

3. Diversity and Inclusion:
o We take pride in our international team and recognize the value of diversity. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that respects and celebrates our employees’ unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We promote equal opportunities and strive for a diverse work force that enriches our organizational culture.

4. Resource Efficiency:
o While our operations depend on resources, we are committed to promoting resource efficiency in our workplace. We encourage employees to minimize waste, practice responsible water and electricity consumption, and support recycling initiatives. Additionally, we actively collaborate with the building administration to ensure sustainable practices and efficient resource use in our shared office space.

5. Collaboration and Partnerships:
o We actively seek partnerships and collaborations with like-minded organizations, sustainability-focused initiatives, and community organizations to drive positive change. Through these alliances, we aim to share best practices, support local initiatives, and contribute to collective efforts for a more sustainable future. One example is our membership in the Harmony Relocation Network, an industry leader in sustainability efforts.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:
o We believe in open and transparent communication with our stakeholders, including clients, employees, suppliers, and the local communities in which we operate. We actively engage with them to understand their concerns and aspirations regarding sustainability and strive to incorporate their feedback and perspectives into our sustainability strategies.

7. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
o We are committed to ongoing learning and improvement in our sustainability initiatives. We invest in employee training and education to raise awareness about sustainable practices and provide opportunities for skill development in sustainability-related areas. We regularly assess our performance, set ambitious goals, and adapt our strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
